By using our site, you are agreeing to comply with and abide to our Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully before using this site.

DISCLAIMER / SAFETY WARNING

At no point should your child be left unsupervised while wearing their bow or clips and using any of our children accessories. While we do everything to ensure our products are safe and of the highest quality, they may present a choking risk to small children. We advise to never allow a child to sleep while wearing their bows or clips and to ensure they're are kept out of reach of small children.

Please inspect all parts before using them to ensure that none of the pieces have come loose. Discard and discontinue use if item is damaged.

All of our products are tested and are North American Sourced and in compliance with the CPSIA.

Our products are intended for use under adequate adult supervision. The small parts that we carry can present a choking hazard for small children and should never be left around an unsupervised child or baby.

All of our wood teethers are intended for babies with little to no teeth at all. The wood should always be inspected prior to EACH use to ensure that the wood is still in its original form and should be discarded if there is ANY sign of damage from normal wear and tear!

We currently have the option to have the wood treated. In this case we treat our wood products with an ALL Organic Coconut Oil. The oils used to treat these wood products are ALL food grade and safe if consumed.

All of the products that we carry have met very specific safety and quality standards, however, in no way whatsoever does this bind or obligate ADLO + CO or any of our providers to any responsibility for our products, or their use. Our buyers understand that by purchasing our products, the buyer assumes any and all responsibility and liability for our products and/or the use thereof. Customers should always inspect and monitor the wear and tear of their products, discontinue use at the first sign of damage.

The cords, clasps and (non-wood) pacifier clips that we carry are not intended to be chewed on and should not be used as such.

PRIVACY POLICY

When making a purchase from our store, as part of buying and selling, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address, email and phone number. We us this information you provide about yourself when placing an order to complete that order. We do not share this information with any other outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. Email addresses are not shared with any other outside parties. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We will not solicit this information to any other outside parties. We do all that we can to take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via this website, your information is protected both online and offline. Credit card information is collected is transmitted to us in a secure way by encryption. Please be aware that while we do everything we need to do to protect your personal information, no data exchanged over the internet can be 100% secured. All data obtained in which we store in computers/servers are always kept in a secure environment. Handmade items such as hair bows must be properly washed and handled with care. Spot clean any hand made accessories as needed. Soaking and machine washes on any handmade items are strongly discouraged, as these items may become damaged after washing.

These third party providers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

RETURN POLICY

We strive to make sure we give you an accurate description of all our products. Please know that currently all of our products are made by hand so there may be a slight variance between the products shown on our website and those you've purchase. So due to sanitary reasons we do NOT accept any kind of returns at this time. If there is something wrong with the item or you are simply unhappy with your purchase please email us at ohhello@addyandarlowe.com with in 48 hours of delivery! If exchanges are allowed, items such as shirts or shoes must be unworn & unwashed with tags still attached.

We encourage you to ask us any questions prior to purchasing our products. We will be happy to discuss any concerns you may have!


DISCOUNT CODES

LIMITATIONS MAY APPLY. Offers may only be valid during a certain time frame. Please contact us for specific time frames. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer and not redeemable for cash. Codes must be entered at the time of checkout in order to redeem the applicable discount and cannot be used towards previous purchases. ITEMS MARKED FREE MAY NOT BE USED WITH ANY DISCOUNTS OR PROMOTIONS. Discounts are only applied to the total purchase amount, purchase amounts do not include sales tax or shipping. Abuse of discount codes may result in cancelation of orders and/or any applicable discount codes. If you are offered a specific code YOU the recipient of the code may only be the person to use this code, if you are not the intended recipient the order may result in cancellation. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES

Shipping and handling fees may consist of cost to ship items such as postage and materials used to ship the items. All orders are subject to shipping and handling fees. Fees assessed are based on number of items ordered and weight, making shipping amounts rise slightly with increased quantities.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES INCURRED IF SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY.

TURN AROUND TIME (TAT)

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR CURRENT TAT IS 5-10 **BUSINESS** DAYS! 

Usual turn around time is anywhere from 5-10 business days. Most items are ready to ship however we quality check and make adjustments to each item to make sure they are in pristine condition before we ship them out to you. In some cases if your order is a little larger than normal, your order may take a little longer to ship. Also please expect longer than usual turn around times during holidays, seasonal releases, or large promotions as we anticipate to have higher than normal traffic volumes. We promise to have everything shipped within 15 business days! You are welcome to email us at customerservice@adloandco.com. Pre-orders are expected to take up 23 days from close date.

If you need your order expedited please send us an email at ohhello@addyandarlowe.com to let us know, also you must choose the "Expedited Domestic Shipping" option in order for us to make sure that your order is shipped out quickly!

Shipping Options and Insurance

Because of the nature and size of our products we are able to ship your items first class.  This allows you to receive the cheapest shipping option available however please note that shipping first class that your items are not insured.  If you prefer to have your package insured please choose the priority shipping option.  We are not responsible for packages lost in transit but we will be able happy to try and make this right for you. 

Unfortunately it is out of our hands once your package has left our office and USPS has your package in their possession.  If your package is marked delivered and you did not in fact receive it yet, we advise you to check with other family members in your household and nearby neighbors to make sure that they did not pick up the package for you.  

IMPORTANT: Please make sure that your address is correct before completing your order.   If you have recently moved you may be able to re-route your mail with the post office but please know this may delay your package from arriving a few days.
